Our first stop was at the Institute for the Restoration of Dubrovnik. In addition to the photos from the devastation, there's an excellent compilation video of the live coverage reports submitted by a British journalist at the time.
As we had lunch, the sky got progressively clearer and the sun came out - just in time to do what the majority of visitors to Dubrovnik do ... walk the walls around the Old Town. The views are beautiful!

We never made it up to Fort Srd but the above is how the Old Town looks from up there.
After finishing the wall walk, our final stop was the Jewish Museum and Synagogue.
We had supper at a family-run place on 'Restaurant Row' and returned to the hotel to pack for the trip home.
